In its 17th edition, the Festival welcomes a former collaborator who, once again, returns to Coimbra to present her new artistic projects: Angella Conte will present her work in the form of an informal conversation, at the Penedo da Saudade Cultural Center, on the 25th of December. June at 18:00.

ANGELLA CONTE is a visual artist, born in São Paulo/Brazil. His production focuses on the interrelationship between the individual and the environment, guiding his stories, exchanges and remnants. He works in various media such as photography, installation, video and performance. In addition to individual and collective residencies, he did artistic work in Borba, Coimbra and Lisbon/Portugal and Ireland at the Letrim Sculpture Centre. She was awarded in 2007 at the 12th Salão Paulista, 2009 at the 18th Meeting of Visual Arts/Atibaia, 2011 at the 62nd Salão de Abril/Fortaleza, 2012 at the XIV Samap in João Pessoa. He was selected for the "Marcantonio Vilaça Awards", 2011 and for the "8th Amadeo de Souza-Cardoso Award".
